黑料不打烊 won a Canada鈥檚 Safest Employer Award!听
On October 22, 2019 黑料不打烊 won their 6th听and 7th听Canada鈥檚 Safest Employer Awards.听听 黑料不打烊 also won awards in 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2012.
The Gala Banquet was hosted in Toronto by Canadian Occupational Safety.听 In attendance at the awards were听Yves Tremblay,听 President and CEO,听Colin Parks听(Director, Proposals and Resource Management),听Lee Capon听(District Manager, Brooks),听Tom Tisdale听(District Manager, Rocky Mountain House)听and four 黑料不打烊 employees who are young workers and were selected for their leadership and commitment to promoting a leading edge safety culture: 听Nathaniel Nagy, Garrett Smith, Damian Sullivan and Kolton Marcinek.听听听听Yves Tremblay who accepted the awards on behalf of 黑料不打烊 said, 鈥淚 am thrilled to accept these awards on behalf of 黑料不打烊. 听Safety is 黑料不打烊鈥檚 most important core value and nothing is more important than ensuring everyone returns safely home to their loved ones at the end of their shift.鈥澨 Yves also said that young worker safety is so important because they may be more vulnerable because they are less experienced and may be reluctant to ask questions.听 He also went on to say, 鈥淵oung workers of today are apprentices who are working towards becoming Journeymen and Journeywomen. 听Their introduction to a world class safety culture and 听exposure to world class safety programs will ensure they develop into the strong safety leaders of the future.鈥
